Hired by MACOSS Group to assist Johnson & Johnson's Ethicon franchise as financial data analyst for E&O and inventory reporting.
Started with implementing operational processes and procedures in a newly acquired Managed Services team. Once operationalized, moved to working with Business Planning and Operations, Finance and Revenue teams to asses, advice and report on key metrics all committed to superior customer success.
Worked with highly talented people who helped and guided me to become a corporate professional.
Created QA processes and procedures supporting the VCIP program at a local technology services provider.
From a customer, to an employee and finally a friend of Knowlity and admired Knowliteers, this experience has taught me the new way of life and balance. These amazing people, along with all the experiences we lived trough are an inspiration to me; I am forever grateful of being a part of this team.
Worked as Assistant Project manager, supporting site engineers and supervisors, procurement, accounting and billing for multiple construction projects.

An Owner’s Mindset
I was raised in my father’s printshop. There I learned to have both an owner’s mindset and at the same time, an employee’s view of work about the business. I consider this to be a competitive advantage on my part since I base my daily work decisions by envisioning myself as an owner of the business and letting this mindset lead and prioritize my tasks regardless of my job description.

Life Balance
Today the expression “work life balance” has taken a new meaning. To me, work is an integral part of our lives, but placing work before life can become a burden. I use crafts to bring balance between both life and work, to clear my mind and ensure they come together in a cohesive whole. So from now on, when I say “life balance” I mean life with everything that comes with it.
